We reached one in Madrid (earlier this autumn) and according to my assessment, all details have now been resolved and our respective leaders will formalize the transaction in Korea on Thursday, says Bessent in an interview with CBS on Sunday, according to Politico.
The comment comes after President Donald Trump in September announced that he had agreed with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on Tiktok's future in the USA.
The two presidents are scheduled to meet on October 30 in connection with the Apec meeting in South Korea.
