This follows the announcement that Live Nation will pay $200 million (just over two billion kronor) in damages to affected states.
The settlements should be made this week, according to the judge. However, the chances of that happening are "approximately zero," Live Nation attorney Dan Wall said.
Concert promoter Live Nation, along with Ticketmaster, was accused of violating antitrust laws and of driving up ticket prices through its dominance. Under the settlement, in addition to paying damages to the states, Live Nation must also sell more than ten large arenas to reduce its grip on the market.
