Schools, hospitals, roads - and futuristic giant buildings by the sea. This is what the U.S. "master plan" for the Gaza Strip looks like.

The plan will be implemented in stages, Jared Kushner, Donald Trump's son-in-law and advisor, announced in Davos. It will begin in Rafah, where 100,000 homes and over 75 healthcare facilities will be built, and continue north to Gaza City.

The plan also includes an airport and a port. The idea is to transform Gaza into a free market economy, according to Kushner.

New Gaza can become a hub. It can become a destination, have big industry and really be a place where people can prosper and have good jobs.

Kushner, however, emphasized that no reconstruction can take place until Hamas is disarmed. But then Gaza can be "better than ever," he said.

Look how nice it can be.
