Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya is expected to attend the meeting, which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, the newspaper reports.
According to a Hamas spokesperson, the group will listen to the US's plans to implement the peace plan for the Gaza war that the country has brokered, but intends to present its own proposals for how it should be done in practical terms.
