The US government has approved an agreement that allows Ukraine to secure F-16 aircraft maintenance from several heavyweights within the American defense industry.
The agreement, which includes both personnel training and aircraft parts, grants Ukraine permission to purchase goods and services worth $310 million, equivalent to 3 billion kronor.
It was Donald Trump's predecessor in the presidential post, Joe Biden, who originally approved the agreement following its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
