This is what Andrew Giuliani, head of the White House's World Cup task force, said regarding the Ebola outbreak in several African countries.

"We have made it clear to the Democratic Republic of the Congo that they must be in that bubble for 21 days before they can come to Houston on June 11," he told ESPN.

All players and the national team captain are based outside the Democratic Republic of the Congo and have gathered in Belgium for World Cup preparations and a friendly match against Denmark on June 3.

If other people come in, they must be isolated separately; otherwise the entire team risks not being allowed to participate in the World Cup, Giuliani said.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo plays in the same group as Portugal, Colombia and Uzbekistan.
