The announcement came during the night of Monday. Just over 700 of the possible maximum output of 1,130 MW has been taken out of operation. How long it will take to fix the fault is unclear.
Three reactors are already undergoing annual inspections. Currently, more than half of Swedish nuclear power production is therefore out of operation.
