Since Israel resumed the fighting in Gaza, 142,000 people have had to flee in just one week, according to the UN, which warns of the humanitarian situation.
A spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General António Guterres also notes that around 90 percent of Gaza's population has been forced to flee at least once since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, until January this year.
It was last week that Israel broke the ceasefire with terrorist-stamped Hamas, with airstrikes that were shortly followed by a ground offensive. According to Hamas-controlled authorities, several hundred Palestinians in Gaza have been killed in Israeli attacks since then.
