UN is ready with thousands of tons of emergency aid to alleviate the hunger in Gaza if an agreement on ceasefire is reached in the coming days, says spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric according to the UN's website.
According to Dujarric, the UN is ”ready as soon as we get the green light”.
Indirect negotiations for peace in Gaza have begun, and the first round of talks between terrorist-stamped Hamas and the mediators has according to Egyptian media ended in a ”positive spirit”.
