Between March 18 and April 9, 2025, around 224 Israeli attacks on residential houses and tents for internally displaced persons occurred, according to the UN.
In 36 of the attacks, for which the UN has information, the registered fatalities so far have only been women and children.
The UN also warns that the military attacks over Gaza "do not leave any area safe".
Despite Israeli military orders for civilians to move to the al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis, the attacks on tents in the area where displaced people live continued, with at least 23 such incidents registered by the committee since March 18, says spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani.
