In February, the state admitted that it had violated Ulla-Lena's right to privacy under the European Convention, as more than 90 people had been registered at the cottage.
Ulla-Lena requested damages of 25,000 kronor, which the state reduced to 10,000 kronor.
When the final verdict in the Stockholm District Court was handed down on Wednesday, the damages were doubled to 20,000 kronor.
"It's almost like I was proven right once again. But really, the most important thing is not the damages, but that the problem was solved," Ulla-Lena told Hem & Hyra.
