This is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says.
Russia has been attacking Ukraine with Iranian Shahed drones for several years, which has led Ukraine to develop countermeasures, experience and routines that are now in demand in many places.
When it comes to shooting down large-scale attacks with Shahed drones, only Ukrainian experience can handle it, says Zelenskyy.
Since the joint US-Israeli attack on Iran on February 28, Iran has fired both missiles and drones at neighboring countries. The other day, Zelenskyy wrote on X that eleven countries have asked Ukraine for help against Iranian drone attacks: “Iran’s neighboring countries, European countries, and the United States.”
