At least four people, including a child, have been killed in the attack on Ryazan, about 200 kilometers south of Moscow, according to Russian officials, AFP reports.
Unverified images posted on Russian Telegram accounts show large clouds of smoke over the city after the oil refinery was hit, reports The Kyiv Independent.
One person has also been killed in a drone attack on the Russian border region of Belgorod, according to the governor there. The Russian Defense Ministry says 355 Ukrainian drones have been shot down, including over Moscow.
The Ukrainian military has not commented on the reports.
