At least three people have been killed and twelve injured in an attack on Ryazan, Russia, about 200 kilometers south of Moscow, Russian Governor Pavel Malkov said, according to the state-run news agency Tass.
Pictures posted on Russian Telegram accounts show large clouds of smoke spreading over the city after the oil refinery was hit, The Kyiv Independent reports.
One person has been killed in a drone attack in the Russian border region of Belgorod, the regional governor said. The Russian Defense Ministry says 355 Ukrainian drones have been shot down, including over the capital Moscow.
The Ukrainian military has not commented on the reports of the attacks.
