As recently as Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that Russian forces would stop fighting if Ukraine withdrew from land claimed by Moscow.
But according to Andriy Yermak, who is also a negotiator on behalf of Ukraine, it is not an option for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to give up territory to Russia.
The Constitution prohibits it. No one can do it unless they are prepared to go against the Constitution and the Ukrainian people.
