In the Sumy region, four people have been killed and at least eleven injured in "massive drone attacks" on residential areas, wrote Governor Oleh Hryhorov on Telegram.
Two people have also been killed in Dnipro, and a woman died in Kharkiv in the attacks. In the Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions, seven and eleven people have been injured, respectively.
Ukraine attacked one of Russia's largest refineries in the town of Kstovo, east of Moscow, overnight. A chemical plant in the Russian region of Stavropol Krai was also hit by Ukrainian drones. It is the second time both sites have been attacked within a week.
