Governor Oleh Synehubov said the city of Chuhuiv was attacked and that four people were killed there.
“The attacks caused fires and damaged at least 18 vehicles,” Synehubov said.
Separately, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terechov said ten people were injured in Kharkiv.
