"As a result of the Russian drone attack on civilian ships in the Black Sea, one crew member of a Panamanian-flagged vessel was killed and two other sailors were injured, one of them seriously," Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba wrote on Telegram.
Kuleba said that a ship flagged in Saint Kitts and Nevis was also hit, and that three of its crew members were injured.
“This is further evidence that Russia is waging a war against freedom of navigation, international trade, and global food security,” Kuleba wrote.
