Two people have been killed and eight others injured in a Russian attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, local authorities say.
Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the regional government, stated on Telegram that one person is still missing.
Among the injured are children, Reuters reports. Fires broke out after the attack.
