The attacks triggered a fire aboard one of the ships and a crew member was injured, Kuleba wrote in a Telegram post.
“This is further evidence that Russia is deliberately attacking civilian ships and threatening international trade and maritime security,” he wrote.
Russia has repeatedly attacked ships heading to Ukrainian ports during the war, which Kyiv describes as a "terror" campaign to strangle Ukraine's exports by sea.
