It is the fourth similar attack on Russian oil infrastructure in the region in the past two weeks.
Explosions and a subsequent fire are reported in the area. Local Russian authorities say a Ukrainian drone started the fire.
Meanwhile, Russia has carried out new attacks on Ukraine. More than 50 Russian drones targeted Ternopil in western Ukraine on Friday, according to the city's mayor, Serhiy Nadal. Industrial facilities and infrastructure were hit in the attacks, and at least ten people were injured, according to Nadal.
In another Russian drone attack on Friday night in the Odesa region, two residential buildings and port infrastructure were damaged, local authorities said.
