Under no circumstances have Ukrainian drones targeted Finland, says spokesman Heorhij Tychy, according to the AFP news agency.

Tychy believes the drones ended up in Finland due to "interference from Russian electronic warfare".

We have already apologized to the Finnish side.

Two drones crashed near the city of Kouvola on Sunday; they are believed to have been on their way to attack oil targets across the border in Russia.

Ukrainian attack drones have also struck in Estonia and Latvia recently. However, many have reached their targets, and the Russian oil ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga in the Gulf of Finland have suffered major damage.
