Chief negotiator Rustem Umerov is leading the delegation, which is meeting with American negotiators, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's advisor Dmytro Lytvyn said.
"Yes, he has gone there and has already reported on the talks to the president. More information will come soon," Lytvyn said, according to AFP.
According to Bloomberg, Umerov wants to meet US envoy Steve Witkoff, but it is uncertain whether that meeting will take place.
Negotiations between the US, Russia and Ukraine have been on hold for over two months while the US has been focused on the war in Iran.
On Tuesday, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in which the wars in Iran and Ukraine were discussed.
