The meeting, which symbolically coincides with Ukraine's National Day, will be chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron, along with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and, for the first time, Britain’s new Prime Minister Andy Burnham.
The meeting will be held partly via video link. Around ten participating countries will be represented on site in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, according to an EU official.
