From and including April 2, Swedes and other EU citizens must have an electronic entry permit, a so-called ETA, to be able to visit the United Kingdom.

The permit costs 10 pounds, equivalent to approximately 130 kronor, and is not a visa, but a digital entry permit for visa-free travelers.

Application for the entry permit is made digitally by the person who will be staying in the United Kingdom for less than six months.
