The British economy's growth stood still in July and GDP was unchanged compared to the previous month, shows a calculation from the country's statistical office ONS.
This was in line with the expectations among analysts, according to Bloomberg.
In June, British GDP grew by 0.4 percent. On an annual basis, inflation is up 1.4 percent.
Industrial production in July increased by 0.1 percent on an annual basis, but decreased by 1.3 percent compared to the previous month. There, the expectations were for a plus of 1.1 percent on an annual basis and a plus of 0.1 percent compared to the previous month.
