The demands are made in a letter to FIFA President Gianni Infantino sent by UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin and Concacaf President Victor Montagliani.
In the letter, they write that FIFA should have around $6 billion in cash reserves after this summer's World Cup. Therefore, they believe that FIFA should be able to afford a one-off payment of $10 million to each association, which would amount to more than $98 million.
Ahead of the FIFA Council meeting in October, the letter writers also want an independent analysis of FIFA's finances to be carried out in order to determine exactly how much money can be distributed to member associations.
