Tyler Johnson Retires After Winning Two Stanley Cups

Tyler Johnson puts the skates on the shelf. The 34-year-old – who won the Stanley Cup twice with Tampa Bay Lightning in 2020 and 2021 – chooses to retire after a total of 747 NHL matches.

In total, it became 193 goals and 240 assists for the forward.

"After a life dedicated to ice hockey, I am now ready for what's waiting next. I am excited to focus on starting a family and exploring new paths. It's bittersweet, but I leave the sport without regret – only gratitude", he writes on Instagram

Tyler Johnson played the past season in Boston Bruins.
