The two-year-old boy who disappeared outside Laholm is dead, the police write on their website.
The boy was found in a watercourse in connection to the place where he disappeared. Life-saving measures were taken, but his life could not be saved.
The two-year-old was reported missing on Monday morning. The police suspect no crime.
Relatives have been notified.
