The people were arrested earlier this week in Sweden and are believed to be 15-18 years old.

According to Norwegian police, the two suspects were arrested in connection with a shooting in Norrköping. They have now been charged with murder in Norway.
On Thursday, Swedish police announced that two people had been arrested after a shooting in Norrköping, in which a man in his 20s was seriously injured.
