The man and woman were released on Tuesday afternoon after a ruling in the Migration Court in Stockholm.

“There are question marks”
The couple, who have residence permits in Spain, were arrested in connection with a summer cottage in the Furuvik area of Gävleborg on Thursday and have been detained until today.
They are doing okay, but it is clear that there are question marks about why they have been deprived of their liberty.
Maria Hall, press spokesperson for Police Region Mitt, wrote earlier in the day in an email to TT that they were suspected of trespassing and preparation for aggravated theft.
But Silas Aliki tells TT that his clients have not yet been notified of any suspicion of a crime.
I last spoke to them half an hour ago and they still haven't been served with any suspicions, Aliki says at around 8:30 p.m.
Suspicions were raised
The man and woman deny that they have committed any crime.

SVT Gävleborg has previously reported that security guards became suspicious of the couple, who had pitched their tent near a property owned by someone close to Saab CEO Micael Johansson.
He was at the scene at the time, Saab's press officer confirms to TT.
