A third, a boy under the age of 18, was arrested on Thursday for a felony violation of the Flammable Goods Act and gross public danger destruction. He is suspected of an explosion on Sunday at an apartment building in the Sandbyhov area.
It is unknown whether the suspicions against the two people who have now been released remain. One of them is under 15 years old and the other is under 20 years old.
In addition to the blast in Sandbyhov, another explosion occurred in the city. The police also seized a suspected dangerous object.
