Two police officers have been shot to death in Australia, reports Australian ABC News.
Another police officer is injured, according to the police.
The shooting occurred in connection with a police operation on a property in a remote part of the state of Victoria, near the community of Porepunkah.
The perpetrator is still at large and a large search effort has been initiated.
