The accident occurred at sea off Karlskrona shortly before 11 a.m. on Wednesday. The incident is being investigated as a workplace accident. The case has been handed over to the police's special investigations unit.
The course of events will be investigated and interviews will be held with everyone involved, says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
