The three motorcyclists sped past a police patrol at Antnäs, south of Luleå, in August last year. The police noticed another patrol nearby that took out a speedometer, which measured one of them at 281 kilometers per hour on the 110 road as he passed, according to Piteå-Tidningen.

He estimates that the others may have been driving over 300 kilometers per hour. When the motorcyclists are later stopped, two of them turn out to be off-duty police officers. All three deny any wrongdoing.
