Settlers in the Israeli-occupied West Bank opened fire on a 17-year-old in an attack in Sair, near the city of Hebron. A 70-year-old man was wounded in the attack. The death was confirmed by Al-Mezan Hospital in Hebron.
According to the Israeli military, Palestinians had thrown stones at “Israeli civilians” and “security personnel” from settler groups had fired at the group.
In the Jenin clash, the Israeli military said a 58-year-old Palestinian was killed after he tried to attack soldiers with a knife. One of the dead man's sons carried out an attack in 2022 that killed three Israelis.
