A man has previously been arrested on suspicion of assault.
He denies the crime, defence lawyer Stefan Wallin tells TT.
The man was initially suspected of aggravated assault, but the charge has been changed to assault of the normal degree.
We are not surprised, but I cannot comment on the reason for it, says Wallin.
TT has contacted the prosecutor.
On Sunday, eight people were arrested in a large police operation in Uppsala. The Swedish Prosecution Authority later announced that one man had been remanded in custody. The other seven were released but remain suspects.
