One of the men will also be remanded in custody on suspicion of assault, following threats of reprisals.
The two men were arrested early Saturday morning at a tent on Ön in Malmö. The two victims, girls under the age of 15, were also there.
It is too early to comment on the evidence, but I believe there are probable grounds for these suspicions, says prosecutor Veronica Edvinsson.
The girls are said to have escaped from HVB homes - though not the same one, according to the prosecutor.
There is information that they knew each other, but their relationship has not been fully investigated.
According to Veronica Edvinsson, the men admit they were at the scene but deny any wrongdoing. Both have previous convictions, though not for sexual offenses.
Police are also searching for several people who may be involved in the case.
