On Monday night, three people were arrested, two of whom have now been remanded in custody on suspicion of aggravated assault and aggravated manslaughter. Both deny the charges.
Three suspected perpetrators in their 20s were reportedly seen running from the scene after the assault.
Prosecutor Fredrik Berglund says there is a connection between the deceased and one of the suspects.
"This is not a random crime," he tells the newspaper.
