The accident occurred on Tuesday evening. The injured were taken to hospital by ambulance, but their lives could not be saved.
The tractor and the car have been seized for a technical examination.
How the collision occurred has not yet been investigated, nor whether any crime was committed.
"Some type of report will be filed so we can investigate it. The police have not heard from the person who was driving the tractor," says police spokesman Jakob Palmgren.
The tractor driver reportedly had no physical injuries, but was very shocked.
