The two men are believed to have found their victims through online searches. The men are now being charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of attempted aggravated robbery, and attempted aggravated rape.
"The four plaintiffs in the case are single women who are all over 80 years old. We see a common thread in the investigation that the acts have been systematic and planned and that the defendants have gradually developed their methods," says prosecutor Jessica Andersson in a press release.
