The two men, who live in the UK, were arrested at Molesworth Air Base’s security perimeter early Thursday morning on suspicion of trespassing and vandalism.
The investigation is ongoing, police said, according to Sky.
Police do not currently suspect a connection between the incident and the investigation at RAF Fairford, where five British citizens were arrested in late September on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack. They were later released on bail. More people have been arrested in connection with the investigation.
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has suggested that the case at Fairford may be linked to Iran.
