Two killed in Ukrainian drone attack in Russian-controlled Kherson region

Two people have been killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on a Russian-controlled part of Ukraine's Kherson region, according to Kremlin-installed governor Vladimir Saldo.

The governor claims that the attack was directed at people gathered at a grocery store.

"According to preliminary reports, two people were killed and twelve were injured. All were civilians," he writes on Telegram.

Ukraine has not commented on the incident and the information has not been verified by an independent party.
