The accident occurred at the end of June 2024 when a passenger car and a minibus collided.
According to the indictment, the woman driving the car had been driving erratically and in the wrong lane. She is suspected of driving in a "fatigued state."
An elderly woman and an elderly man died in the accident. Two more people were injured.
The woman denies the charges.
