"A drone attacked a vehicle in the town of Graivoron," Belgorod region authorities said in a statement. One person was reported dead and one was injured.
A man was also killed in Bryansk in a Ukrainian attack, acting governor Yegor Kovalchuk said.
Ukraine has frequently attacked Russia since the large-scale Russian invasion began in February 2022.
During the night between Saturday and Sunday, at least four people were killed and more than a hundred were injured in intense Russian bombing in Ukraine, according to Ukrainian authorities.
