Two arrested after suspected child rape in Ystad, two girls under 15 targeted

One of those arrested, an 18-year-old man, is suspected of rape of a child, and a 17-year-old boy is suspected of attempted rape of a child.

The 17-year-old is suspected of attempted rape of a child, where the victim is a girl under 15. And the 18-year-old is suspected of child rape against another victim who is a girl, says police spokesperson Katarina Rusin.

The arrest took place on a train at Malmö Central Station, but the crime scene is Ystad, police told Sydsvenskan during the night.

Otherwise, police are withholding information.
