The league has, according to the customs, conducted nationwide sales and now twelve people are being prosecuted. According to the Customs Authority's investigation, even much larger quantities of narcotics have been handled by the network.
"We have found distribution centers in Helsingborg, Åstorp, Östra Ljungby, and in Linderöd. From there, the narcotics have been delivered with car-borne couriers to geographically dispersed locations around Sweden", says Felicia Lindén at the Customs Authority's Southern Criminal Division in a press release.
Six men and six women, aged 21 to 36, are being prosecuted in Helsingborg District Court, but according to the Customs Authority, more people have been involved.
