Håkan Iwar was a continuity announcer on the channel for twelve years and became a well-known presence for viewers between programs. Among other roles, he was one of the last late-night program presenters used by TV4, before the role was discontinued in 2018.
"It certainly feels a bit special, but before I go I want to thank you. Without you, we are nothing. Remember that. Take care of yourselves," he said as a farewell after the last broadcast.
Håkan Iwar passed away after a period of illness and leaves behind a wife and three children.
