TV4 is leaving the terrestrial network to focus on its streaming service.
It is clear that it will have an impact on the cost of the terrestrial network, but what it is, is a bit too early to say anything about, says Parisa Liljestrand to Ekot in Sveriges radio.
She also says that the government is already working on the issue through a distribution inquiry that investigates how the terrestrial network should be organized and financed in the future.
Whether funds will be allocated to cover increased costs for the terrestrial network, Parisa Liljestrand cannot answer yet, but she says that "it is an important part of our total defense and will need to be that in the future”.
