TV4 wants to move responsibility for sports production for news broadcasts to its sports events department.
The change will make six positions in the news sports department redundant.
“There will be redundancies, and those who hold the positions will be part of a relocation investigation,” says Fredrick Malmberg, head of news at TV4.
According to TV4 Nyheterna, several familiar faces who usually appear in broadcasts are affected by the proposed reorganisation.
