According to TV4, it was not possible to link the advertisement to any commercial product because not the entire name, but only a part, was printed on the shirt. Despite this, the Review Board assesses that the current wine brand, as the shirt was seen several times in the program, was favored in a way that could not be justified by an informational or entertainment interest.
The Review Board will apply to the Administrative Court for TV4 to pay 100,000 kronor in special fees.
